Your continued use of this Website constitutes your agreement to all terms and conditions, as they appear in this document. The Team reserves the right, at its sole discretion to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time, (without prior notification). It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Failure to be in compliance with these Terms of Service may result in the immediate deletion of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old of age to use this Service.
The Website is privately owned and operated. All intellectual property in the game, all rights (including without limitation any user accounts, city-states, in-game purchases and transactions, computer code, catch phrases, concepts, logos, images, interface design, methods of operation and any related documentation) are privately owned in whole by the Team.
In order to create an account your email is required. The Team will not sell or give away your email to anyone. Your email will not be used to send you spam. Your email will be used only to send you activation information or for password recovery purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining a secure password to the site. You are responsible for the confidentiality of the password and account, and are solely responsible for any action within your account. This includes but is not limited to any image, text posting or messages.
You agree not to, through software or other methods, interfere with the site operation and page content or do actions that increases our expense or difficulty in maintaining the Website. You agree not to use this Website in a way that may cause this Website to be interrupted, damaged or such that the effectiveness or functionality of this website is in any way impaired (i.e.: DoS, DDoS, hacking).
If you come across a bug or exploit in the game you agree to report it to the Team as soon as possible. Use of any exploit will get you banned from this Website.
Spamming is forbidden and will get you banned.
Players agree to follow all the Team's requests and instructions regarding the Website. Although Xemerys can be addictive, don't forget about your family and other responsibilities. Remember Xemerys is just a game!
You are only allowed to have one account per world. Players found to have multiple accounts will be banned without prior notice.
Account deletions and/or modifications can occur at any time by the Team at their discretion. The Team reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership to anyone at any time for any reason. The Team reserves the right to delete/ban a user on the spot if it is deemed necessary. Bans from the game are permanent and irreversible.
Any inactive city will be automatically deleted after a certain inactivity period (11 days). The deleted city's account owner will keep his/her account for 1 year after the city's deletion. After the 1 year period, if the account doesn't have an active city, it will be automatically deleted. Activate vacation mode to prevent city deletion due to inactivity.
The Website is intended solely for the purpose of entertainment. The use for business or commercial purposes is prohibited.
Xemerys is in beta development and as a result game features and everything else may be subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part of) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of Xemerys. You will not be eligible for any compensation if you cannot use any part of this website or because of code issues, website failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of this website.
You can register and play Xemerys for FREE. In addition, if you want to advance faster and access easier some features within Xemerys, you can purchase the in-game currency called "Premium Point". The "Premium Point" is a limited, non-transferable license right, available for purchase and is not redeemable for monetary values. The license may be terminated immediately if your account is terminated for any reason, at the Team's sole and absolute discretion, including but not limited to: account deletion, banning or if the Team discontinues providing the Website. Regardless of the consideration offered or paid in exchange for virtual in-game items or currency, you do not have any ownership rights in the virtual in-game items or currency.
You are not allowed to sell, buy or transfer Premium Points to or from other players.
You can purchase Premium Points only from this Website and currently you may pay only through PayPal.
Xemerys does not guarantee or make any representations regarding the use or the results of donating/paying through sites such as PayPal with regard to their correctness, accuracy, reliability or otherwise. The entire risk is carried by you. You assume the complete cost of any necessary servicing, repair or correction.
Please note that we are not responsible for the site content provided by a third party and we do not guarantee that users will comply with our Terms of Service and will behave properly. However, we reserve the right to monitor and take action upon inappropriate use of this website.
You acknowledge that we cannot guarantee and therefore shall not be in any way responsible for the security or privacy of this website and any information provided to or taken from this website by you.

This agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this agreement by deleting your account and not accessing the Website anymore. In the event that you terminate or breach this agreement, you will forfeit your right to any and all payments you may have made. You agree and acknowledge that you are not entitled to any refund for any amounts which were pre-paid on behalf of the account prior to any termination of this agreement.
